Dear collegue,

we like to invite you to two LDC meetings we are planning in the next few month.

The first meeting will take place on the Friday afternoon after the Paris software meeting,
on May 4, starting at around 14:00 and lasting for around 3 hours.

The main topic of this meeting will be a general discussion on the roadmap for LDC, and the preparation of the next, larger meeting.

The next meeting we propose to have in connection with the LCWS conference. To minimise
clashes with the planned calorimeter review we propose to have this meeting on the
day before the LCWS conference, on May 29, for the whole day.

Among the main topics of this meeting will be
- discussion of the roadmap for LDC
- discussion of the LDC baseline detector

We will attempt to broadcast both meetings by phone / video.
