physics case for the ILC and the experimental program,
is available for comments by you. Please go to

to download a pdf version of the document. On this page
you also find instructions on how to send comments to us.

Please note that this is still a preliminary version of the
document. The SI tracking section is still missing, and will be
added soon. The references are incomplete, and will be
improved soon. We nevertheless feel that the rest of the
document is in an advanced enough state to gather comments
from the community.
