I just put a new version of the LDC DOD on the WEB. It includes all changes which have reached me so far. There might still be a few "cosmetic" problems here or there, which I will sort out over the next few days. Please send further comments as quickly as possible. If there are no objections, I plan to send the document to the LDC community by the middle of next week.
