Dear collegue,

a new, close to final but not yet quite final, version of the DOD is now available.

- there are still a few formatting problems here and there
- a small number of sections are awaiting one more iteration
- the references need going over
- the author list is still not up-to-date

Nevertheless please have a look at the document, and send any comments to me as quickly as possible.

I did update all .doc files on the server. Please take a minute and look at your section to check that I did use the latest version of the .doc file for the merging, and that there are no major mistakes. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS!!!!!
