(starting I suggest at around noon on the 14th) to work on the outline document. The intention of this meeting is a real working meeting, to make progress on text etc.

It would be helpful for me if people could indicate whether they plan to attend the DESY meeting. If you feel that you like to break out with your co-editors into a special session please let me know, and I will try and find rooms (but I cannot garuantee too many...)

The meeting on the 14/15 is just before the EUDET kickoff meeting. Please look under www.eudet.org for the evolving agenda. The EUDET meeting is open, and everyone is invited to attend.
