Dear collegue,

on Tuesday a few of us connected by phone to discuss the state of the outline document. Sorry for the late report from this meeting, but I was absorbed by the Cambridge software meeting.

There are still a few chapters which need significant work, although overall there is quite some progress visible. Our goal is to have a final document ready early next week, which can then be looked at by as many of you as possible.

Deadline for submission of new or updated material is Tuesday, noon European time. After this we will build a new version on the WEB.

Please make sure that you have also updated the authors list by then, either by registering new authors on the WEB page as LDC subscribers, or by sending a mail to Ties.Behnke@desy.de
