Dear collegue,

at yesterdays editors meeting we agreed on the previously proposed time line:

- deadline for contributions March 31
- internal polish and circulation till March 7
- review within LDC: finish by March 14
- submit to WWOC: March 15

Could editors please make sure that updated versions of their chapters are available before the deadline? To speed up the review process it would be useful if people could circulate their section within their communities as soon as possible, to get some feedback.

We will meet again by phone etc next Monday, March 27, 16:00 Europe time. Please let me know soon if this is inconvenient, and if we need to find another slot.

Authors are again reminded to download the latest version from the WEB before starting to work on the text, to minimise reformatting work and the possibility of loosing work.

Dear collegue,

it was pointed out to me that while Europe has switiched to daylight saving
time this weekend, this is not the case in the US and Canada. To make it easier for out North-american collegue to attend, I agreed with them to shift our meeting today by one hour, to

17:00 European Time, 07:00 West Coast time

Sorry for the late notice, but my first announcement of this on Friday somehow did not make it (as I realised this morning). I hope this is not too much of an inconvenience.
