Dear collegue,

we did not quite make it to finish the next version before easter. Nevertheless I have uploaded all word files with modifications as far as I got, and as far as I received versions from people.

PLEASE IF YOU CHANGE ANYTHING START FROM THE VERSION ON THE WEB!!!

I hope that soon a pdf version of the latest version will appear. The goal will be to finish the "final" version in the week after Easter. May I remind those who have not yet send in their updates to please do so soon?

a pdf version of the DOD is now available thanks to Dean.

I like to add to my last message that I did not yet update the authors list - I did receive all your names, but they are not yet included. This will be done over easter / shortly after easter.
