I just uploaded the latest version of the LDC DOD to the WEB. It is still rather incomplete!

I like to take this occasion to urge people to submit as soon as possible their versions of the document. Please use the files which are already on the WEB as a starting point, to simplify the work of later on merging the documents into the big on.
