Dear collegue,

- tonight at 17:30 we will have a brief informal meeting in Sinclair to see what the
state of things is. Depending on how the townmeeting goes we might start a
bit later.
- tomorrows concept meeting at 17:00 has been cancelled. Instead GLD will have
its optimisation meeting at this time (look on the GLD posting board for location)
and everyone from LDC is encouraged to attend this discussion

- in yesterdays LDC meeting we setup a nmuber of informal snowmass working groups.
They are
- particle flow
- materials
- supplemental trackers
- magnetic field
- forward detectors
